Having tried grilled yellowtail collar earlier, I do enjoy them better than these salmon collar pieces.
I did not know these Amajio Sake Pieces (as indicated in the packaging, bought them in Mitsuwa) can be so salty. I was anticipating the crispy skin, tender sweet flesh but in the end, the salt spoiled it all. Or my fault for not knowing what Amajio means.
I could not eat them…
